Full Time Sales Lead - Non Bicycle:

40 hours/week Saturday availability required.  Responsible for being a leader by example.  Main job task is ensuring all customers are given a sales experience at the highest level.  This position reports to the store manager directly and is best suited for individuals who are capable of holding multiple conversations at once/multi-tasking.  

Beginner Level Sales:

25-35 hours/week Saturday availability required.  If you like our store and have found this page this job may be for you.  A great part time job with discounts on your favorite gear.  Ideal for college students or someone with some day-time availability.  Typical work week is 3-4 shifts of 6 to 8 hours.  

Beginner Bicycle Service:

25-35 hours/week.  Are you good with your hands and have an interest in how things work?  This is a great part time job with discounts on your favorite gear.  Ideal for college students or someone with some day-time availability.  Typical work week is 3-4 shifts of 6 to 8 hours.  You'll learn how to build bikes the Bushwhacker way, tune and repair basic service issues, and have the opportunity to move up in the world of bicycle maintenance.  All positions at Bushwhacker require some time on the sales floor, so a friendly attitude towards customers is a must. 

Beginner Level Generalist:

15-20 hours/week Saturday availability required.  Looking to get a better first job?  There are a lot of tasks at the store which require help from others.  In this position you'll aid in deliveries, furniture building, inventory re-stocking, and maintaining store appearance.  After exposure to the inner workings of the store this position can lead to a sales or service position.  The best candidates for this position are willing to do whatever it takes and is asked of them during each shift. 

E Commerce Store Developer & Digital Inventory Manager:

20-25 hours/week plus sales incentives. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the online catalog of our brick and mortar retail location
  • Create online product listings, complete with descriptions, pictures, and purchase options
  • Work directly with store manager to update inventory both in store and online 
  • Coordinate delivery of products through multiple options: in-store pickup, UPS shipping, USPS shipments
  • Track web traffic to identify key products to install online based on customer search and behavior
  • Adjust product pricing based on vendor rules and regulations and in coordination with Store Manager.
