The 2023 SUP season is here! Stand Up Paddle Boarding, or SUP is a wonderful way to get out on the water, have fun and get a great workout! New to SUP, or want to take your yoga practice on the water? Jump in a class with certified paddle instructor, long-time paddler, yoga instructor and Bushwhacker GM Ann Kraut. Having a certified instructor ensures a safe and fun environment from beginner to expert.

SUP Yoga Excursions treat you to a beautiful experience in one of the many locations across the Greater Peoria Area. Enjoy 1 hour of SUP Yoga, 1 hour of free paddle with instruction and complimentary post session refreshments. Private sessions are available upon request. Sign up for classes directly through our website. Let's get your paddle on and come find your zen!
PLEASE NOTE: You must sign up for classes online 2 hours prior to your class or excursion. Drop-In students may be turned away due to a limited number of boards. You MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM to attend any SUP class. All boards, paddles, fins, leashes, and PFDs provided UNLESS you purchased a BYOB(Bring Your Own Board) for a class.
Please bring your own sunscreen, bug repellant, towels, water, etc. if you would like them.
