Stand Up Paddle Boarding, or SUP is a wonderful way to get out on the water, have fun and get a great workout in! New to SUP, or want to take your yoga practice on the water? We've got you covered this summer! Jump in a class with our newly certified paddle instructor and long-time paddler and yoga teacher Ann Kraut. Having a certified instructor ensures a safe and fun environment from beginner to expert. Our new classes include weekly SUP Yoga, Beginner SUP Yoga, Beginner SUPaddle, and SUP Yoga Excursions. SUP Yoga Excursions treat you to a gorgeous place to paddle, a cocktail or beverage, and a delectable treat, as well as a free-paddle session post yoga and treats! Private sessions are available upon request. Sign up for classes directly through our website. Let's get your paddle on!
Classes and Excursions may take place all over the greater Peoria area like Wildlife Prairie Park, Sankoty Lakes, Banner Marsh State Fish and Wildlife Area.
PLEASE NOTE: You must sign up for classes online 2 hours prior to your class or excursion. Drop-In students may be turned away due to a limited number of boards. All boards, paddles, fins, leashes, and PFDs provided UNLESS you purchased a BYOB(Bring Your Own Board) for a class.
Please bring your own sunscreen, bug repellant, towels, water, etc. if you would like them.
