Take your yoga practice to the water! In this 1 hour SUP Yoga class, we will deepen our on water yoga practice. This class is designed to build strength, balance and a sense of zen. Appropriate for anyone looking to establish a regular SUP Yoga practice. If you've already enjoyed SUP Yoga, SUP on the reg, or have a dedicated yoga practice and want a little more, this class is for you. If you have never practiced SUP Yoga or paddle boarded before, the Beginner SUP Yoga or Stand Up and Paddle classes are highly recommended before attending this class. Classes are on anchored boards for stability. You must be able to swim to attend this class. PFD’S, safety supplies, paddle boards and paddles are provided with class if you choose ‘All Inclusive Class’.
PFD'S, safety supplies, paddle boards and paddles are not provided if you purchase ‘BYOB- Bring Your Own Board’. Class V PFD’s are required on paddle boards in the state of Illinois. Come with your own PFD, or participate at your own risk.
