Patagonia it's a great company with a good story, and the love the environment.

What outdoor competitions have you participated in?
Chicago Half Marathon, Steamboat Classic, Not falling down while snowboarding.

What's your greatest achievement?
Either Completing the Chicago Half in under two hours, or going 3 straight runs withought crashing at Snowstar.

What's your nickname and what's the story behind it?
Sammy Bear - I once wrestled a bear @ Yellowstone... and won!

What's a sport/outdoor lesson you learned the hard way?
Always wear a helmet when riding your bike, a Toyota Camry will win every time.

What's the strangest request you ever got from a customer?
"Be honest - does my butt look squishy when I sit on this bike?"

Tell us how you went out of your way to help a customer.
Used my free time to research and build the perfect bike for a customer overseas.

Name the next item you're planning to buy from the store and why?
Full Suspension MTB. It's time for an upgrade.

What's your most useful advice for someone who's buying a piece of equipment for the first time?
Listen to the experts. They really do know what's best.

What music do you chill to?
Mumford & Sons, Athlete, Balmorhea... Not Ke$ha

What music do you race to?
Aesop Rock, 7L & Esoteric, Barry Manilow.

What's the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Don't drown - Right after my brother shoved me out of the boat.

What new sport would you like to try and why?
Climbing mountains - I'm afraid of heights, but the accomplishment of reaching the top seems worth the risk.

Favorite outdoor spot?
Forest Park Nature Center for a hike, followed by One World for a tasty dinner.
