Be sure to replenish your electrolytes.

Name the next item you're planning to buy from the store and why?
I've been planning on buying a bike for a long time, but haven't gotten around to it.

What's your most useful advice for someone who's buying a piece of equipment for the first time?
Use it cautiously until you are comfortable with it.

What music do you chill to?
Too much to name. My favorites change with the season.

What music do you race to?
I don't rely on music to give me strength.

What's the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Don't take anything personally ever.

What new sport would you like to try and why?
Orienteering. Anything that takes place outdoors I'll automatically adore.

What's your favorite local spot?
Forest Park Nature Center. Beautiful spot to do some light hiking, walking, or trail running. Sometimes you get to see wild turkeys or deer running around too!
